The in-floor system, while dead quiet and nice in the winter has been significantly more expensive to run than our previous home's forced air and being a 1993 build has Poly B running through it, makes us a tad nervous that we are sitting on a bit of borrowed time there and also tired of portable AC. We are in the process of seeking out best option to replace in-floor heating system / boiler with something that will provide cooling as well as heating and ideally cut the heating bills considerably.
